travel with old employer stamping

I have a stamped H1B visa till 2019 from company A but recently started working with Company B after h1B transfer (I797 approval). wanted to check if I can still travel outside USA and use my previous employers stamped visa along with current employer I797 to come back to USA.

I am specially asking this because I noticed, in my latest stamping with previous employer, my designation and city of work is also mentioned on visa/passport in addition to petitioner name (Employee A). with my new emplyer, city remains same but designation has changed.

 

Basically , addition of new fields on visa, like designation and city of work make any difference to use it for travel if you change your employer?

You can use the existing visa and the latest H1 approval.
