I work for a direct client through my H1 Employer. I have contract with client till December 31^st 2016 and going for stamping on December 21^st 2016. My 2017 contract with same client is usually done around 31^st Dec.

1,Can interviewer asked me why you still not have 2017 contract? If yes, what should be answer?

2, Does a client letter confirming my contract with them till December 31^st 2017 will be good substitute instead contract copy?

Even i am in same situation Working on EVC model,Contract expires Dec 31st with no extension .But i am going for stamping.DO you have an answer  yet  like how you want to tell VO if they ask this question ?
