Recently I applied for H1B amendment and the petition got approved a day after her visa stamping (Nov 1st). My wife is travelling to Chicago on Nov 9th. But before Nov 9th, I wont be receiving a hard copy of my approved petition. H1B amendment was applied for the same employer and same client. But my client location changed to Florida. Can she travel to Chicago on Nov 9th with her current stamped visa and petition along with the receipt copy of my H1B amendment petition or should she wait until i receive a copy of the approved amendment petition?
