Travel on AP after changing employer on H1

Hello

While being with my first employer on H1 and having EAD-AP(AOS), I have traveled using AP and worked+extended H1 successfully even though I94 was stamped as Parolee. I have been on H1 status with them.
Now, I have an approved H-1 with a new employer but I am NOT invoking AC-21. 
My question is - 
1. Shall I be able to travel without issues using AP 
2. Shall I be able to extend H-1 (with new employer) while the I-94 stamped as Parolee

You should be fine based on my experience. I used AP to travel while I was with 1st employer (who also filed my GC), then switched employers twice and got H1B transferred/extended as well as travelled on AP again.

Although I'd like to also mentioned that mine is not is legal advise, hence if you're in doubt, consult an immigration attorney.

Did you use the AP to enter after you were with your 2nd/3rd employer and then later were able to extend H1 successfully?
