My wife got H4 visa in india after the wedding. And last year she got H4 EAD and she started working. My question is I have H1B Stamping till next year december and my wife H4 visa is also valid same as my H1B. We are planning to go to india coming january and i am not sure if my wife requires stamping ?. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me. Thank You. Link to comment
