H1B stamping on Nov 28th in Ottawa

All, i have H1B stamping scheduled on Nov 28th, i see few 221gs in early october in Ottawa, but last two weeks seems to be fine?

any one got 221g is in last two weeks from Ottawa, I am in dilemma whether to go to Ottawa or not.

Please share your thoughts.
