ark6335 Posted October 30, 2016 Report Posted October 30, 2016 My fiancee is on F1 OPT visa currently. F1 to H4 COS will need 4 to 6 months and we will not be able to travel in the meantime. Can I instead apply for her H4 after getting married in India?Will it be a problem during visa stamping?
