Dependent stamping after H1 transfer

Hi,

I got my H1 transferred to a new employer but  did not apply for my son's H4 transfer again  (I-539) as his petition(one from the old employer) is valid till Aug 2017. 

Now if we travel to India before Aug 2017 and go for stamping ,will I need a new petition (with the new employer) for my son or what process I need to follow when I go for stamping.

Please advise.

Nothing called H4 petition. H4 visa mandates an application and your H1 petition validity.
