cbemks Posted October 27, 2016 Report Posted October 27, 2016 Hello Sir / Madam, I have applied GC -EB1 and I have got EAD / AP. My I-485 is still in process. I have come to India for 2 months for personal issue. But in the meantime, I have got RFE on my medical exam as It was submitted 1.5 years back. I have to reply in another 3 weeks timeline. As I am in India now, I thought of doing medical exam by India Doctors approved by USCIS. Can I do medical exam in India and sent the report to USCIS. I will not be able to go to USA immediately due to personal constraints.Only after 2 months i will be able to go back. Please advise me on the options available in this case. Thanks a lot.
