sp12345 Posted October 27, 2016 Report Share Posted October 27, 2016 Hello everyone! I was on CPT when my employer filed my H1-B petition this year. The case went into RFE in July. During the same month, my OPT got approved. Vermont Service Center received the RFE response on August 30, 2016. It's been almost 2 months since that status on USCIS website says "Response to USCIS' Request for Evidence Received". I'm really starting to get worried now. My petition was filed in regular processing. Has anyone faced similar issue? Could someone please help me out here? Thank you in advance! Link to comment
