So, it's expiring in December 2016. If we want to renew it, are they eligible for dropbox submission in Hyderabad ? Please suggest. Thank you

Hyderabad dropbox eligibity requirement said last visa must have been issued after January 1, 2008. But my parents got their visa in 2006. This was my doubt about their eligibility. Thanks..
