H1B Transfer

Hello Sir, I was in US from 2008 to 2010. Now I am working with Company A, they filed my H1B transfer/applied for Extension in Nov 2015, I got extension in March 2016. I got my Visa last week.

The visa valid till Nov 2018.

At the same time Company B also applied for Extension in March 2016, i got the extension (I797B).

Now i don't want to travel with company A. Can i enter in to US using company B's I797B.

Is there any problem in Immigration.(Port of Entry)

Please suggest me.

See in the POE ( Port of entry) they might be ask pay-stubs along with I797B. So in that case which company paystubs you can provide ?

 

So better to travel with company A. Even you can travel with company B also if you have paystubs/w2 wages.
