What are the possibilities for him to stay in USA after the expiration of visitor visa? We are thinking that we have two chances to make it. 1. Getting married here and change of his visa status to dependent visa on me. 2. Apply for a university admission and get F1 visa status. My concern about this is even if we get married here - will that be valid for change of status? What are other consequences which need to be faced? Is there any other way to go ahead??

The integrity of your college is paramount in his chances of getting a visa. Coming here in B2 status and then trying to CHANGE to F2 status may be construed as not living up to your intent on entering the country. What do you hope to achieve and why are you trying to do it this way?
