H1b and H4 visa help

My wife graduated dec 2015  and her H1b got picked this year and we had visited her for the graduation ceremony and returned back to india last month. The question i have is my wife is currently pregnant 4 months and i want to know can i say the consular about her pregnancy and will it help me or spoil my case.

Need help at the earliest.
