hary536
Hello, I am wondering, if my prospective spouse had 3 to 4 US visitor visa rejections in the past, does that pose risk if she now goes for H-4 stamping? Anyone has any experience or heard about similar experiences or any suggestions to successfully get H-4 stamping? Thanks. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Her visa is totally dependent on the Integrity of your H1 status and previous B2 rejections are immaterial. Link to comment
hary536
Just an update. Her visitor visa was rejected all 4 times under 214(b) which I assume should not affect the H4 stamping. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Visors visas are always rejected based on the section 214(b). That makes no difference. Hopefully you are working for a regular company. If you want discuss the matter with the firm of Murthy. Link to comment
