H4 Travel to India on old employer documents while approval pending.

Hi,

My wife has her H4 stamping valid till June 2017 from my previous employer A.

I have joined employer B.I have applied for a H1 and H4 transfer from employer A to employer B and my approval is pending with USCIS.

Can my wife travel to India while approval is pending with employer B with H4 stamp (Employer A).

Yes. But she will need the H1 petition approval from B along with a H4 visa to return.
