sandeep8989
Hello, my I-140 approved last month from my current employer, and am planning to change the employer, can anyone tell how could this effect my 140? will it be still valid OR cancelled? Or, in general what is the good time to change employer without effecting 140.. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment
Attorney_15
The I-140 is only good to file the I-485 if the I-140 company will still have a job for the I-485 applicant. Otherwise, the person will need to get a new PERM and I-140 done to be able to file the I-140. Link to comment
