H1B Ammendent Processing Time

Hello Everyone,

I filed my amendment on October 13th 2015, after 6 months  I moved to another client with in same location without filing another amendment. After completion of 1 year also it was showing "Case was received" on USCIS. I am looking for premium process, but I have few questions

1) Can I wok on client location even after completion of  9 months processing time.

2) What will happen if I go premium processing ? like  They will deny my amendment or RFE?

Note: I have valid H1B Visa until September 2017
