F1 to H4 COS question

Hi 

I am in F1 status right now. I want to change to H4 status. Can I apply COS from F1 to H4 and H4EAD together or should I apply for H4 EAD once my H4 COS is approved . Please let me know if I can apply H4 and H4 EAD together or seperate

You can apply both together. No need to wait for H-4 approval.
