surandar Posted October 18, 2016 Report Posted October 18, 2016 Team, My wife is on H4 visa and she has her H1B approved as well, I need to know how much does it generally take for the firm to convert the H4 visa to H1B through premium, just wanted to know the $ cost associated with premium filing to convert a H4 to H1B.
pontevecchio Posted October 19, 2016 Report Posted October 19, 2016 The additional PP fee is about 1250 USD and that can be paid by her or the employer. But you realize COS from H4 to H1 involves a H1 petition filing and fees paid by the employer. Better to go the visa route.
