venkata.p Posted October 17, 2016 Report Share Posted October 17, 2016 Currently, i am on H1 and applied for H4 on august 4th 2016.Got the receipt on Aug 9th and waiting for final approval notice. I am planning to travel to India now( nov 1st week). Once the H4 is approved, can my cousin send the approved H4 document to India? Can i go to an embassy in India using that H4 doc for stamping, will there be any issue? what will be the process if i get a query for H4 while i am in India.
