DenProfile
hello, one of my friend came to US on h1b. His son born here in US and confirmed that he has autism spectrum disorder. Is there any way that indian parents can get EAD/Greencard/Citizenship based on his son's disability? Link to comment
JoeF
Generally not. The only remote possibility I can think of would be for humanitarian reasons. They should discuss this with a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment

My I-140 is approved and waiting on the PD which is in Dec 2010. As you advised, we would contact an immigration attorney. We live in Tulsa, OK. Since you live in Texas, would you be able to refer us to some good attorneys in Texas area or Oklahoma ? Appreciate your help. Thank you, SK Link to comment
JoeF
Sorry, I moved to Texas way after my immigration journey ended. The lawyers I know are in California and at the East Coast. Link to comment
