How long does USCIS take to send I-797 once petition is approved?

Hi everyone! 

My H1b petition was approved through premium processing on october 12th. How long does USCIS take to send I-797 once petition is approved?

Hi just an update. My petition was approved on October 12th (Vermont) and my lawyers received it on october 18th (They are in NYC).  Thanks for your help guys!
