prakashraghu Posted October 14, 2016 Report Posted October 14, 2016 I am currently in B1 in US. I Got h1 Approved. H1 start Date from 10/01/2016. with i797B. I would need to get i94 on the H1 before I start working. Is there any way that I can get h1 B with I 94 and start working without travelling outside US. If no, Can I not go to India and what is the best option to go for (which consulate) ?
