Can My Employer file H-1B Amendment for my current and past clients

My H1B was approved in June 2015 with my Employer.I was working for Client A at that time.

 

In August,I have changed to Client B to moved to a different location from August 2015-December 2015.I filed LCA but did not file H1B Amendment.

 

In February 2016 I changed to Client C,filed LCA in February 2016 did not file H1B Amendment

 

1.Can I file my H1B Amendment in October 2016?

 

2.Will there be any problem if I did not file H1B Amendment for Client B?

Can I file for H1B Amendment for Client B location?How to overcome it?What is the solution so that it does not effect me in future?
