My USA entry and exit details are - Entry Date Exit Date VISA Type 12/31/2006 03/28/2007 L1B 01/30/2011 02/17/2012 L1B 03/11/2012 01/31/2013 L1B 04/05/2015 H1B My current H1B was filed on 31-MAR-2014, please let me know whether my L1B stay of 2 years and 3 months will be included in my H1B max out of 6 years or not. Sigh. You asked the same question multiple times already. The answer doesn't change. The time on L1 *is* included in your case because the H1 was FILED before you were abroad for a year. This is different from the OP's case, left on 01/31/2013, and his H1 was filed more than a year after he left, on 31-MAR-2014. Your case is different. Again, in your case, the clock did NOT reset.
