How/when to apply for it? When and how soon can I change job during EAD process? Love this forum & appreciate your response. :-)
pontevecchio Posted October 11, 2016 Report Posted October 11, 2016 Look up I-485 on the USCIS site and file the application along with EAD/AP if you will not be for say 6 months or more in H1 status from now. Better yet, Involve a law firm soon as you do not want to have delays and then retrogression.
