Jaidit Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Hi, I appeared H1 visa stamping interview in Sept 2015 and after interview they kept passport and said it is approved. Received one passport stamped for my master son and rest passports including mine showing online status as "Administrative Processing". After 3-4 months they returned my passports with same status as "Administrative Processing" and still status is same. But in August I received notice with note as "Based on the interviews and documents submitted at U.S. Consulate General Mumbai, we have returned your petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for review and possible revocation." and when I check petition status today also it is showing they are reviewing. I don't understand why it is sent for review and possible revoke, please let me know if it will be revoked.
pontevecchio Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 The Consulate has doubts about your H1/Employer and has sent the petition back for review by the USCIS who will either reaffirm or revoke the petition. It is most likely they have decided and let your H1 sponsor know. In any case as a realistic matter you should plan to find another sponsor to file next April.
