OPT STEM EXTENSION-EMPLOYER IS STAFFING COMPANY

Hello,

I am Arun. I am on my F1 OPT.My Employer is a staffing company in USA,which has 200+ Employees,E-verified,and has inhouse projects as well as 3rd party clients.

I have to apply my OPT STEM extension.

I have heard that,USCIS for OPT STEM extension,implemented I-983 Training Plan for STEM OPT Students, and it has regulations regarding the persons Employer should not be a staffing company.

 

Questions:-

1.Can the form I-983 form can be filled up by my Employer,which is a staffing company?

2.Will my OPT STEM extension be approved, if my Employer is a staffing company,which has 200+ Employees,E-verified and has inhouse projects as well as 3rd party clients?

3.What are the necessary documents I need for the get my extension?
