Ashish4jobs Posted October 7, 2016 Report Posted October 7, 2016 Hi, I have a H1B Transfer related question as below: I was working on employer A on H1B, I joined employer B and transfer my H1B but I received the RFE on the same, I have 90 days to reply that one. Now I'm interested to join a employer C, can I transfer my H1B to employer C from employer A or B? Will there be any restrictions on this transfer? What is the recommended way to handle this? My H1B is valid till 2019. Thanks, Ashish
