Employer Change post I-140 decision

Hi

 

Currently I am working with company A, have completed my Perm (labor) + I-140 with Company A.

 

Now Company B is approaching with an offer, and I have below questions.

 

1. I will complete 6 years quota by Aug, 2017. So, in this case Company B should need to proceed with H1-B transfer by porting my I-140 approval details? Is this correct procedure? And also if they submit H1-B transfer under normal processing, do we see any risk there?

2. If above point is correct and got my H1-B transfer approved for next 2 years for an example, so before coming to that expiry date Company B should need to proceed with Labor + i-140 again?

3. In the meanwhile, if company A wants to revoke my GC before Company B is completing the procedure with either Perm or I-140, what are the consequences or immediate actions that I may face.
