Trying to bring parents

Hi ,

 

I came to US around 6 years ago and did not visit again, I am currently in H-1B status.

 

Reason: unfortunately I was charged with felony case for dwelling of controlled substance in 2012 and my case was dismissed in 2015, 

 

Now i think its not good plan to visit India and trying to bring my parents here on visiting visa 

 

Will there be any affect on my parents during visa process or at the port of entry 

 

Please give me some suggestions

It will not and should not affect them. Have you talked to a lawyer or speculating?

Its just a speculation.
