kiranraju
Hi, My mom got her visitor visa in 2007. She travelled to USA thrice 2007, 2009 and 2011. During her travel in 2009 she stayed for 6 months and towards the end of 6 months I applied for extension and my mom had to overstay. When the extension was denied she left immediately to India. But during her travel in 2011 her visa was cancelled in seattle (port of entry) due to her overstay previous time. But they allowed her to stay in US for 6 months. I am now travelling to India and thinking of applying visa for her again. How should I approach this case for re-applying ? What are her chances of getting her visa again ? Thanks, Kiran Link to comment
pontevecchio
You should approach the matter in the same way she applied for her visa in the first place. The forms have to be absolutely truthfully filled up and she has a good chance of getting the visa. Are you a Citizen? Link to comment

pontevecchio
Just have her apply if possible in her language and explain what happened if asked. Link to comment
