Admin Processing after Error found in PIMS @ Montreal

Hi,

 

I am stuck in Montreal due to PIMS database error

I had my interview on 27th may - the officer said the expiration date on 797 & PIMS don't match

 

My 797 was 6th + 7th Year, (7th year extension was based on PERM pending for more than 365 days)

 

he said he will send an email to pims and visa will be issued after getting response from them. I did not get 221g so I was hoping it would be fast.

 

On 30th May got an email asking for more information on my extension, My lawyer prepared a document about pending PERM and I forwarded it to them. No response or update since then from consulate.

 

 

Has anyone been through such scenario and know how long it would take?

I don't have my passport so cannot even go to India.

Online Status says Issued :) hope to get tracking number and passport soon
