Appointment letter

- Visa interview fee slip

- Original copy I797 old

- I797 new

- LCA

- Copy of I129 petition

- H1B data collection and filing fee exemption supplement

- H classification supplement to form I129

- H1B visa petition and supporting docs filed with USCIS

- Employment contract letter signed by you and the H1B visa sponsor

- Your H1B sponsors Income tax returns of last two years and financial statements

- Notarized list of all the H1B Sponsor’s employees at the listed job site with specified information about each employee.

- H1B sponsor’s State unemployment wage reports for wages paid to employees within the state

- Purchase order

- Original Passport and Passport copies of all pages

- University Diplomas and Degree certificate

- Pay Stubs

- Client letter

- Last 2 years tax return

- W2 form

- Contract between vendor and client

- Contract between petitioner and vendor

- Contract between candidate and petitioner

- Time sheet ( 2 months)
