Hi Friends, Earlier this week H1B transfer is filed by new employer , I have I-140 and end date of existing petition is Sep 2 week. In order to join new employer , i am waiting for receipt notice.  1. Any advice on how long receipt is taking time ?  - I was told it is filed at USCIS office at CA  2. Also planning to request existing employer to file an extension if the receipt notice from new employer is taking longer.  Any advice Thanks in advance
