Citizenship for Blood relatives

Hi,

 

If a baby is born in US and gets a US passport. Will the baby after attaining adulthood be able to sponsor green cards/US Passport for immediate blood relatives?

A US citizen child of age 21 or older can sponsor the parents for a GC as immediate relatives.

The US citizen can of course also sponsor siblings as per the 4th Family category (takes 12+ years.)

Yes, when she turns 21 she can.
