Applying H4EAD while my H1B is still processing and with approved I140

Hi,

I am applying H4 Extension along with H4 EAD extension by my own. (Which we can do as per USCIS Website)

my question is, on H4 EAD Extension form (I-765 ) what should be fill in "Please provide the receipt number of your H1B principal spouse's most recent form I797 Notice of approval for form I129" ?

Since my H1B is still under processing what to provide over there ? or either I797 Notice receipt number or left blank ?

Did you get the receipt number for the processing H1B application of yours.. if so please provide that..

Is it good to provide approved h1 receipt number or one that is in process currently(incase of amendment)
