RFE on my first OPT

Hello,

I have graduated in Jan 2016 for STEM course and applied for OPT on Dec 28th of 2015 and recieved RFE in March 22nd of 2016. RFE requested the documents to show valid proof of changing the university at very beginning. I have submitted the required documents from both universities. Still my case update shows that RFE documents recieved on March 28th of 2016 and out Vermont office will work on it.

Due to family emergencies I had to come India visit and still there is no further update on my case. But my OPT start date is on Feb 4th and dos not revive my OPT card yet. I am very much worried whether the case on right track or any action to be taken.
