GCitis Posted May 20, 2016 Report Share Posted May 20, 2016 Hello Friends, Can I file H4 Ead for my wife while my H1B Amendment in process ? If yes, What should I put in Section 18 in I 765 form ? Section 18 is asking my H1B Receipt Number, So I am confused what to fill in that section, The old receipt number which i have already got the approval for or the new receipt number I have got when submitted my amendment which is still under processing?
