But once thats over I am going to submit the I140 under premium so that my wife can apply for H4 EAD at the earliest. But some people have said to me that there is 1 year cooling off period after my I140 is approved in order to apply for H4 Ead. Is this true? Is it not that immediately after I140 approval she can apply for H4EAD approval? Link to comment
