Whether I am eligible for EB-1C Green Card?

Hello Friends. 
I have 10.5+ years of experience 

6 Months with Employer-A (India)- Position- Engineer 
1.5 Years with Employer- B (India)- Position- Sr. Engineer 
4 Years with Employer- C (India) - Position- Lead (1st 2 yrs) and Project Manager (last 2 Yrs)
then i moved to USA on H1B visa with same Employer-C 
again 4 years with Employer- C (USA) - Position- Project Manager 
then i changed the employer in USA from C to D. 
Now with Employer- D since last 8 months with position of Senior Manager. 
Current Employer- D also has offices in India. 

Now my employer-D has started my green card process, Can i be eligible for EB-1C category (as i have worked in company C as project manger in india with in 3 years before coming to USA). Employer C and D are similar type of IT companies.
