I140 NIW APPROVED BUT PERM DENIED

Hi, my NIW was approved but then I applied for PERM but it was denied. I got notification that BALCA is docketing and scheduling for appeal. Will my original PD still stand even if my PERM is denied and I don't go ahead with the BALCA appeal? Kindly advise, thanks
