seshi
Hello, My wife a student in a school on F1 visa and she has health insurance from my employer but school say's they have a policy of minimum deductible of 750.00 but I have choose HDHSA(High Deductible HSA) with my company and now school is not accepting the insurance. Is this something school can force on a student. However they did accept it in first semester and they are now not accepting because of change in policy which i think is unfair. Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
They have every right to change their policies. If you think it is unfair is irrelevant. The school will not allow admission if their policies aren't met. Link to comment

GNH
My wife's school made her do the same thing . Initially we were mad about it but her school insurance was comparable to mine and actually turned out cheaper than adding her on mine !! Link to comment
