Processing time frame - Reschedule Interview request

I had an initial interview request for Jan 9, 2016. This came up because I had a charge / arrest that was later dismissed. My lawyer requested for a reschedule of the interview as I was in India attending to my ill family. The reschedule request was sent out mid December 2015, and its been over 90 days and still no update from the USCIS. I have take info pass, contacted the senator, and called them a million times, only to be told you are in queue to get an interview.

 

Question - does anyone have a gestimate when I would get an interview, both my priority date and application date have been current since Nov 2015.

How long would it take to get an interview date scheduled at this office? Even a GESTIMATE helps.
