H1B transfer urgent

I have transferred my H1B from company A to company B and I submitted my client details of X when transferred and one months old paystubs.

RFE details:

1)to proove employer-employee relationship and

2)latest one month pay stubs at the time of transfer from previous employer

My situation :

Currently I am not working with client X any more and moved to a different client Y. what is my situation now ? How can I prove my RFE with client X and I don't have last one month paystubs from previous employer. I don't think my previous employer would give either.

can I file new H1 petition with client Y and apply for consular processing with the same employer, since I was out of status for that one month at the time of transfer ? My visa is valid until next year October 2012.

Y will need to file another H1 petition and you would leave and come back on the H1 Visa after approval.
