Traveled on AP staying in India for studies

Hi,

I have pending AOS on EB3. Went to india on AP but my child got college seat in india. AP going to expire in first week of May but kid is unable to travel back to US due to upcoming exams. My child needs to come back to US for vacation in june i. e after the AP expired. What are the options for my child to reenter the united states and still maintainingthe AOS status? Can we apply for AP while he is out of US? Please let me know. Thanks

I dont believe AP can be applied while someone is outside the country. Try to read the following and consult an attorney for further advice

No AP when you are outside the US.
