Clarification on Eligibility Criteria

Hi,

 

 

I'm starting my GC process with my present employer. I have some clarifications on my Eligibility to EB2 category.

 

I graduated from B.E Mechanical Engg (4years) then worked in a Indian MNC for 6.5 years(2007-2013) and then moved to the present employer and have been working for 2years now.

 

With 8.5 years of experience in IT fields and a UG degree, will I qualify for a EB2 Category filing?
