sannyjo79
USCIS is asking for payroll documents from my previous employer for the years 2000-2002. That was a small time company and I don't think that company even exists today. How do I respond to this RFE. Any help appreciated. Link to comment

How on earth they thought that you will be having those documents? This clearly shows how USCIS works. Anyhow, for every problem there is a solution. You can provide secondary evidence to prove it, your attorney is the best friend to help you out. Link to comment

Attorney_15
What about W-2s? Were taxes paid by the employer? Get a report from SSA of your earnings to show payment by employer? What about personal tax returns based on this income? Did the company go into your account thru direct deposit? Talk to the bank to get a report. Link to comment
