Rohan_VisaHelp
I am currently on H1b. My employer has sponsored for my Green card(EB2) and my priority date is August 2011. My 140 is approved and on that basis my wife has received H4-EAD and have started working. I am into my 10th year on H1b. A new employer is ready to hire me and sponsor for my Green card. So my concerns are if I join this new employer, 1) Will my wife lose her EAD if my current employer withdraws my approved 140? 2) Will my wife have to wait for getting new EAD till my 140 with the new employer will be approved? Rohan_VisaHelp
Thanks Jairichi. If my old employer does not revoke 140 then can my wife continue using current EAD without taking break her job? My new employer will start H1 transfer and GC Perm process soon. Link to comment
